Biography...
I was a member of the Solihull Dramatic Society and the Birmingham Midland Operatic Society throughout my teens and early twenties, taking part in many stage productions and musicals, and performing at venues such as the Birmingham Repertory Theatre, the Alexandra Theatre and the Hippodrome. I took courses at the Birmingham School of Speech and Drama and completed an A-Level in Theatre Studies.
So far in 2024, I've been cast in three feature films and 12 short films (playing the lead role in eight), and one web series. I have numerous other projects lined up this year, including lead roles in 'Mermaid Beach' (EMRJ Productions), 'Fear the Forest' (MJ Films), 'Writersroom' (Misdirected Theatre) and 'Dancing with the Devil'.
Besides acting, I have undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the Universities of Reading and Oxford, and I lead a team of archaeological consultants on projects around the world. My first novel 'Colony', an action thriller, was published in 2021 under my pseudonym 'Benjamin Cross' and became a #1 best seller on Amazon. My second novel will be published in 2025.
