A Spotlight-registered professional screen actor, I started acting in my early teens. I studied Drama and Theatre Studies, took courses at the Birmingham School of Speech and Drama, and appeared  in a large number of stage productions at venues such as the Birmingham Repertory Theatre, the Old Rep, the Alexandra Theatre and the Hippodrome.

I have since performed regularly on screen, featuring in large numbers of feature films, short films and television episodes. I feature in the current box set of BBC Casualty, and am booked to feature in forthcoming dark fantasy feature Fairy Dust (Paranoid Android), hard-hitting festival short Night Shift (Ambition Films) and gritty feature proof of concept Renegade (TsugiHagi Films).

I enjoy breathing life into complex layered characters, and making the kinds of creative choices that both engage in the moment and leave a lasting impact. Previous projects have won film-festival awards, including Milan International, White Rose International, Global Visionaries and Paradise.

I received a Best Actor nomination for my role as a drug addict in remission in experimental film noir short When The Snow Falls (T.G. Motion).
